FRANCHISEE TRAINING

Training is provided from the first day that you join the Franchise team. All new franchisees receive a detailed Operations Manual that covers all aspects of the Mag & Turbo Warehouse System and other Policy and Procedure manuals (e.g. Employment Relations) are also provided. Our training system is compulsory for all employees and managers may also take part, and training courses are held regularly at Franchise Head Office. It is our aim to promote workplace flexibility by giving every team member the opportunity to learn as many aspects of the business as possible, from tyre fitting to customer service to managing the store.
